Returns Policy

We take pride in our work and inspect all our work, but sometimes we can get it wrong.

If we have got it wrong, please contact us by emailing complaints@personalisedceramics.com.au and we will issue you with a return authority number. No returns will be accepted without a return authority.

Note the following points:

Images

The quality and resolution of the images provided directly effect the quality of the finished item. Images of low resolution, out of focus, dark or over exposed will not necessarily provide a desired end product. It is the customers responsibility to provide a quality image. No returns will be accepted for poor quality image reproduction. Licensed or Copyright images must not be submitted unless the customer has the image owners consent. Personalised Ceramics shall not be liable for any claim or expense arising from any illegal, libelous or copyright image reproduction resulting from complying with a customer order.

Errors

We do not accept returns for spelling mistakes made by the customer using our online design system.

Online Design

We offer an online image crop option allowing the customer to view the outcome online, however we do not accept responsibility for poor quality images uploaded to our site.

Damaged Goods

Goods received damaged must be reported within 7 days of receipt. We will then provide details of how to return the item to us at no cost to the customer. The damaged item will then be replaced.

Refunds

At Personalised Ceramics discretion a refund may be provided rather than replacement of the faulty/damaged item.
